Reasons Why He Hasn’t Proposed...

Have you ever wondered why marriage seems to be a very hard nut to crack these days? Ladies complain that men hardly make marriage proposals to the ladies they have known for a long time while men on the other hand complain bitterly  that “wife materials” are too hard to come by these days. We will be looking at the possible reasons why men find it difficult to make marriage commitment and why good ladies seem to be difficult to find.

For this week, we will be starting with ladies and finally wrap the topic up with men.

There are several reasons why a man may be reluctant to propose to a lady he has known for quite some time. Among the reasons, we will start with ATTITUDE

Ngozi is a very beautiful girl with a well-paid job. On appearance, Ngozi could be rated as every man's dream but she is yet to settle down in marriage and biological clock is no longer on her side. People keep wondering what the problem could be. In the past 5 years, three men had come seeking her hand in marriage but they all seemed to have vanished into thin air after a short period of time. Men do approach Ngozi but none of them last more than six months with her. What then could be the problem? People already are insinuating that her problem could be spiritual but on a closer analysis, Ngozi's problem is simply REPULSIVE ATTITUDE.

There's a saying that bad attitude is just as good as flat tire which can take no one to nowhere. People seem not to take the problem of bad attitude serious. As a young lady aspiring to be a man's wife, how is your attitude like? It is a question only you can answer. I don't know most of my online friends one on one, but I can perfectly describe some of them in terms of attitude based on their write ups and comments. There was a particular lady, my facebook fan that came for online counseling. She kept lamenting on how keeping relationship with the opposite sex has been a great challenge for her. After discussing with her I decided to visit her facebook wall. I couldn't believe my eyes with the kind of posts and comments I saw on her wall. Her tongue can simply qualify for a sharp razor. She responds to her facebook friends with so much venom and insults. In one of her posts, one of her friends told her that any man that eventually tries to settle down with her in marriage will end up miserable. That statement came from a man. You can now understand better, what I am talking about. That is what bad attitude can do. Bad attitude can grow from bad to worse and from worse to worst when the person involved fails to work on him or herself. Ladies, please be conscious of who you are and what you represent. If a man can talk carelessly, let your virtue teach you that you cannot stoop that low to talk in such manner. If someone next to you must misbehave, remind yourself every minute that bad behavior is quite degrading. The person you talked to in that insolent manner may be your secret admirer. Don't wait until someone proposes before you start ACTING nice. Acting is acting and being yourself is living normal life. That's why actors can perfectly interpret their scripts and still come out to live their normal lives. Instead of waiting for Mr. Right to show up before you start acting Mrs. Nice; why not work on yourself to be that nice person not only to Mr. Right but to everybody? When you live with the right attitude, you're doing NO one but YOURSELF, a great favor. Just calm down and ponder on this point. What's happening to you may not be spiritual but simply bad attitude. Just search yourself. How do you relate with people? How do you talk to people? How do you handle issues? By the time you answer these questions truthfully, you can rate yourself correctly on attitude scale. Then you can deduce what the problem could be.
