Decision and Determination. Decision and determination are two perfect friends that work together perfectly. Before one can be determined in life, he must have to decide on something. It takes decision to be determined in life. If you've never taken a decision to succeed, you can never be determined to succeed and success will remain very far from you. 

I want to believe at this point in time that you've identified and chosen what to do and be in 2015, you've made plans and preparation on how where and when to start? If yes is your answer, you must decide and determine to succeed against all odds, by God's grace. Without decision and determination to succeed, there will be no passion to succeed. Passion is the force that drives the vision. So when decision and determination are involved, passion takes the lead.
